1) Training Assistants. Are you a qualified NLP Practitioner looking to further develop your skills through providing support on Kochin NLP Practitioner Training?
You will be provided with a structured environment in which to continue your professional development through supporting learners and lead trainers.
Once the physical training environment is setup your day will start a briefing of both overt and covert learning objectives, roles, objectives and frames regarding the provision of feedback.
You will be trained to monitor / track learner development and provide "sandwich" style "sensory specific" feedback to both learners and trainers.
There will be a short debrief before lunch and a full one at the end of each training day.
You will be providing a critically important role in facilitating the ongoing development of learners through encouraging their understanding of how best to provide high quality sensory specific constructive feedback.
Please note: Whilst your contribution is of great value, training assistants are nonsalaried developmental opportunities.
2) A supporting co-trainer with the appropriate blend of qualities and competencies.
Ideally I am looking to explore the potential of working towards a long-term professional working relationship (Self employed basis). NLP competencies and an ability to be flexible in your articulation of those are essential. You may have an NLP Trainer certificate, or be working towards one.
You will be ethical to the core (at least as far as intent goes), not perfect (I couldn't cope with another - Lol), committed to continual development, and take pleasure from sharing knowledge / skills.
If you can see the potential in collaborative working and would like an informal discussion. Then please pick up the phone and give me a call.
3) Marketing Professional
This is a new role and as you will know, central to the success and sustainability of any organisation.
To apply you must have a good understanding of NLP, be ethically sound, presentable, articulate, enthusiastic and present a coherent plan for how you would approach this important role.
The initial focus will be on the West Midlands region, yet further opportunities exist with my colleague in the Yorkshire area.
This is a self employed role and you will be paid on results.
To Apply: Interested parties are welcome to call me most evenings on 01922 722367, or alternately feel free to drop me an email.
