Welcome to the Kochin list of recommended reading material. This is a new page and one that will be developed over the coming months. all the books listed below come highly recommended. Please remember that they suit a variety of audiences from novice to trainer.

Those interested in the two excellent Michael Hall books might just want to bear in mind that you would be advised to participate from practitioner training before reading them. The Michael Hall volume one "Users manual for the Brain" whilst not being listed is also excellent reading and should be purchased before volume two.
